What happens when you give a room full of professionals permission to think with their hands?
Recently, SAPiER.ai had the opportunity to facilitate a LEGO® Serious Play® experience with the team at Rawlings.
The room came alive with creativity, conversation, laughter, and collaboration as participants worked with LEGO bricks to bring their ideas to life.
But this experience wasn’t really about building with LEGO bricks.
It was about building connections, exploring perspectives, and creating opportunities for meaningful conversations.
Why LEGO® Serious Play®?
Traditional meetings often favor the loudest voices or the quickest answers. LEGO® Serious Play® offers a different approach.
By asking participants to build models that represent their ideas, the methodology encourages creative thinking, storytelling, reflection, and dialogue.
The physical models become a shared language, helping people communicate ideas that can be difficult to express through words alone.
Connecting Human Creativity and Artificial Intelligence
At SAPiER.ai, we believe successful AI adoption begins with human wisdom.
Technology can accelerate processes, analyze information, and create new possibilities. But organizations still need people who can imagine better futures, ask thoughtful questions, and make responsible decisions.
That’s where experiential learning becomes especially valuable.
Through LEGO® Serious Play®, SAPiER.ai helps teams explore organizational challenges, envision opportunities, and strengthen the human relationships that make meaningful transformation possible.
Serious Questions. Playful Thinking. Better Decisions.
The Rawlings experience offered a wonderful illustration of what happens when people are invited to think creatively and collaborate in new ways.
We’re grateful to the Rawlings team for the opportunity to facilitate this experience.
